Most Common Issues (All Models)

• Oven not heating / no temperature rise: Check power supply (breaker not tripped); ensure clock/time set (some models lock functions without it); select correct function (fan forced, conventional, grill); test element continuity if accessible; faulty thermostat/sensor common.
• Uneven cooking / hot spots: Use fan-forced mode for even heat; avoid opening door frequently; check shelf levels (middle best); clean fan cover if blocked; preheat fully (10–20 min).
• Door not closing properly / seal issues: Clean door seal and glass edges; check hinges for damage; adjust door alignment screws if loose; replace seal if cracked/stretched.
• Control panel / display unresponsive or blank: Power cycle (turn off at wall switch 5–10 min); check child lock (hold specific buttons to unlock); replace clock/timer board if persistent.
• Pyrolytic self-clean not starting / error during cycle: Ensure door locked symbol appears; oven must be empty and cool; remove all racks/shelves; run cycle only when prompted; if F error, reset power.
• Gas oven not igniting / flame issues: Check gas supply valve on; ensure igniter clicking (spark visible); clean burner ports; for flame failure device – professional service required if safety valve not opening.

Common Error Codes (Modern Models 2020–2026)

• F1 / F01: Temperature sensor (probe) fault – check wiring; replace sensor if open/short; common after power surge.
• F3 / F03: Oven temperature too high / runaway – power off immediately; faulty thermostat or relay; needs service.
• F7 / F70: Door lock fault (pyrolytic models) – check lock mechanism moves freely; clean latch area; test door switch.
• F8 / F80: Cooling fan or convection fan fault – clean fan blades; check wiring; replace fan motor if seized.
• E-0 / Err: Communication / control board issue – power reset; if persists, board or wiring fault.

Air Fry & Steam Assist Models

• Air fry function poor results: Use perforated tray or basket; single layer food; preheat; lower temp 20°C vs conventional; turn food halfway.
• Steam function no steam / water not heating: Fill water reservoir correctly; use filtered water; descale if limescale buildup; check steam generator element.

Safety note: Always disconnect power before cleaning interior or replacing parts. Use oven mitts – surfaces extremely hot. Never use oven cleaners on self-clean models during pyrolytic cycle. For gas models, ensure good ventilation and no gas smell – turn off and call technician if leak suspected. Do not leave children unattended near operating oven.
