Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location meets clearance requirements.

First-Time Setup

Connecting Gas Supply

  4. Turn on gas and check for leaks with soapy water solution.
  5. Test ignition and flame stability.

Tip: Use only approved gas fittings and hose. Never use open flame to check for leaks.

Operating the Oven

Supports baking, roasting, grilling, and defrosting.

  1. Preheat: Set desired temperature and function; wait for indicator light to turn off.
  2. Cooktop use: Turn knob to ignite; adjust flame as needed.
  3. Oven use: Place food on center rack for even cooking.
  4. Timer: Set cooking duration; oven will beep when time is up.
  5. Grill: Use top element with door slightly open (if specified).
  6. Defrost: Use fan-only function to thaw frozen foods.
  7. Oven light: Press light button to illuminate interior.

WARNING! Always use oven mitts when handling hot surfaces. Keep flammable materials away.

Safety Features

Flame Failure Device: Automatically shuts off gas if flame goes out. Safety Valve: Prevents gas flow when knobs are off. Overheat Protection: Thermal cut-out switches off oven if overheated. Cool-Touch Door: Reduces external temperature during use.

Care & Cleaning
