Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure stable, level surface.

1. Position oven: Place in desired location with adequate ventilation (minimum 50mm clearance at sides, 100mm at rear).
2. Connect gas supply: Use approved gas hose and fittings. Ensure gas type matches appliance (Natural gas or LPG).
3. Connect electrical supply: Plug into dedicated 240V, 10A power outlet with earth connection.
4. Level appliance: Adjust feet using spanner to ensure oven is level.
5. Test for leaks: Apply soap solution to gas connections; bubbles indicate leak.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by qualified technician. Ensure adequate ventilation. Do not install near flammable materials.

First-Time Setup

Controls and Settings

Cooking Operations

Supports various cooking methods using gas cooktop and electric oven.

1. Cooktop use: Turn knob to ignite position, hold until flame lights. Adjust to desired flame size.
2. Oven use: Select function (Fan, Conventional, Grill, Defrost). Set temperature. Preheat for 10-15 minutes.
3. Timer use: Set timer knob for desired cooking time. Bell will ring when time expires.
4. Grill use: Place food on grill tray in upper position. Use oven door slightly open position for grilling.
5. Fan-forced cooking: For even heat distribution. Reduce temperature by 20°C compared to conventional.
6. Defrost function: Uses fan only without heat to thaw frozen foods.

WARNING! Never leave cooking unattended. Keep flammable materials away. Use oven mitts when handling hot items.

Safety Features

Flame Failure Device: Automatically cuts gas if flame extinguishes. Safety Cut-off: Oven turns off if overheated. Cool-touch Door: Remains cool during operation. Child Lock: Can be activated on control panel (press and hold LOCK button for 3 seconds).

Care & Cleaning
