Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location meets requirements.

  1. Positioning: Place on level, stable floor near power outlet.
  2. Electrical Connection: Must be installed by qualified electrician. Connect to 230-240V AC outlet.
  3. Ventilation: Ensure adequate space around oven for air circulation.
  4. Securing: Use anti-tilt bracket (supplied) to secure oven if freestanding.

First-Time Setup

After installation, perform initial setup.

  2. Activate: Press CLEAN START. Door will lock automatically.
  3. Duration: Cycle runs for approximately 2 hours.
  4. Cool Down: Allow 1-2 hours for oven to cool before wiping ash residue.

WARNING! Do not open door during cleaning cycle. Ensure kitchen is well ventilated.

Safety Features
