Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location is level and well-ventilated.

  1. Gas Connection: Shut off gas supply. Connect to ½" BSP gas inlet using approved hose/fitting. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  2. Electrical Connection: Plug into dedicated 240V, 10A power outlet. Do not use power board.
  3. Positioning: Place oven on level floor, ensuring minimum clearances (sides 50mm, rear 10mm, above 200mm).
  4. Stabilise: Adjust levelling feet if necessary.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by a licensed gas fitter and qualified electrician. Ensure adequate ventilation.

First-Time Setup

After installation, perform initial setup before first use.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all tape, protective film, and transit brackets.
  2. Initial clean: Wipe interior and exterior with damp cloth and mild detergent.
  3. Burn-in: Run oven at 200°C for 30 minutes empty to burn off manufacturing residues.
  4. Test functions: Light each burner, test oven and grill, set clock/timer.

CAUTION! Ensure area is clear of flammable materials during burn-in. Ventilate room.

Connecting Gas & Power

  4. Fan-forced: For faster, even cooking; reduce temperature by 20°C from conventional recipes.
  5. Timer: Set timer for cooking duration; oven will not turn off automatically.
  6. Oven Light: Press to illuminate interior during cooking.
  7. Cooktop: Adjust flame size with knob (high to simmer).

WARNING! Use oven mitts when handling hot trays. Keep children away during operation.
