Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level floor near water supply and drain.

  1. Remove shipping materials: Remove transit bolts and packing materials from drum.
  2. Connect water supply: Attach hot and cold water hoses to corresponding faucets (red for hot, blue for cold).
  3. Connect drain hose: Place drain hose into standpipe or laundry sink (minimum height 39 inches).
  4. Level the washer: Adjust the four leveling legs until machine is stable and doesn't rock.
  5. Plug into grounded 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Washer is heavy; use two people for moving. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

Power on washer; run initial test cycle.

  1. Add detergent: Pour 1/2 cup of liquid detergent into detergent dispenser.
  2. Select test cycle: Choose "Clean Washer" cycle or "Normal" cycle with hot water.

Connecting Water Supply

Using Wash Cycles

  1. Load laundry: Do not overload; leave space at top of basket.
  2. Add detergent: Use HE detergent; follow manufacturer's instructions for amount.
  3. Select cycle: Turn dial to desired cycle (e.g., Normal for everyday items).
  4. Set options: Choose temperature, soil level, and any additional options.
  5. Start: Press START/PAUSE; machine will lock door and begin cycle.
  6. Pause/Stop: Press START/PAUSE once to pause; press and hold to cancel cycle.
  7. Unload: Wait for door lock to release (light goes off), then remove laundry promptly.

WARNING! Do not open door during wash or spin cycles. Balance load to prevent excessive vibration.
