Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location meets clearance requirements.

1. Position oven: Place on stable, level floor near gas/electric outlets.
2. Connect gas supply: Use approved gas hose and fittings (NG or LPG).
3. Connect electrical: Plug into 230-240V power outlet (oven/grill).
4. Check for leaks: Apply soap solution to gas connections; bubbles indicate leak.
5. Install anti-tilt bracket: Secure to wall if provided.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by a qualified gas fitter and electrician. Ensure adequate ventilation.

First-Time Setup

Remove all packaging materials and protective film.

1. Initial cleaning: Wipe interior and exterior with damp cloth.
2. Burner setup: Ensure burner caps and crowns are correctly positioned.
3. Test ignition: Press and turn cooktop knobs; check for spark and flame.
4. Test oven: Turn function selector to Fan Forced, set temperature to 180°C; verify heating.

CAUTION! Do not use oven without removing all packaging. Run empty oven at 200°C for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues (ventilate area).

Controls and Settings

2. Position racks: Adjust to desired height before heating.
3. Place food: Use trays/dishes suitable for oven temperatures.
4. Monitor cooking: Use oven light to check without opening door.
5. Timer: Set for automatic shut-off (mechanical timer rings).
6. Fan Forced: Even heat distribution, multiple racks possible.
7. Conventional: Top and bottom heating elements.
8. Grill: Use grill pan and trivet; door slightly ajar.
9. Defrost: Fan without heat to thaw food.

WARNING! Use oven gloves. Keep children away. Do not place flammable materials in oven.

Using the Cooktop

1. Ignition: Push knob in, turn counter-clockwise to large flame symbol until ignition sparks and lights.
2. Adjust flame: Turn between high and low settings.
3. Turn off: Turn knob clockwise to OFF position.

5. Simmer burner: Use for low-heat simmering.

CAUTION! If flame goes out, turn knob to OFF, wait 1 minute before re-igniting. Do not leave cooktop unattended.

Care & Cleaning

Disconnect power and gas before cleaning.

Cooktop: Wipe with damp cloth and mild detergent. Remove burner caps and crowns for cleaning (ensure dry before replacing).

Oven interior: Use warm soapy water. For stubborn stains, use oven cleaner (non-abrasive) on cold oven.

Door: Clean glass with glass cleaner. Do not immerse door in water.

Stainless steel: Use stainless steel cleaner; wipe in direction of grain.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh chemicals. Do not clean hot surfaces.
