Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location meets clearance requirements.

First-Time Setup

Cooktop: Rotary knobs control gas flow and ignition. Push and turn counter-clockwise to ignite.

Oven Controls: Function selector knob (Fan, Conventional, Grill, etc.), Thermostat knob (80°C-250°C), Timer knob (0-60 mins), Clock.

Using Oven: Select function, set temperature. Pilot light indicates heating. Timer can be set for automatic shut-off.

Using Grill: Turn function to Grill, set temperature. Keep door slightly open (as per manual) during grilling.

Connecting Gas Supply

Must be done by licensed gas fitter.

  1. Ensure gas type matches appliance (NG or LPG).
  2. Connect via approved flexible hose or rigid pipe.
  3. Use sealant on threaded connections.
  4. Test for leaks with soap solution.
  5. For LPG: Ensure regulator is fitted and cylinder outdoors.

Using the Oven

Using the Cooktop

  5. Simmer burner: Use for low-heat simmering.

CAUTION! If flame goes out, turn knob to OFF, wait 1 minute before re-igniting. Do not leave cooktop unattended.

Care & Cleaning

Disconnect power and gas before cleaning.

Cooktop: Wipe with damp cloth and mild detergent. Remove burner caps and crowns for cleaning (ensure dry before replacing).

Oven interior: Use warm soapy water. For stubborn stains, use oven cleaner (non-abrasive) on cold oven.

Door: Clean glass with glass cleaner. Do not immerse door in water.

Stainless steel: Use stainless steel cleaner; wipe in direction of grain.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh chemicals. Do not clean hot surfaces.
