Cooking Functions

Using the Main and Secondary Ovens.

  1. Select Oven: Choose MAIN or SECONDARY using the respective temperature knob.

  3. Set Temperature: Turn the temperature knob for the selected oven to the required heat (40°C - 250°C). The heating indicator light will illuminate.

Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning

The main oven features a high-temperature pyrolysis cycle to burn off grease and food residue.

  1. Preparation: Remove all racks, trays, and any loose debris from the oven. Wipe up large spills.
  2. Engage Door Lock: Turn the main oven function knob to PYRO. The door will automatically lock.
  3. Start Cycle: The cycle runs at approximately 500°C for 2-3 hours. A timer countdown will display.
  4. Cool Down: After the cycle, the oven will cool and the door will remain locked until interior temperature is safe (can take several hours).
  5. Final Clean: Once cool and unlocked, wipe the interior with a damp cloth to remove white ash residue.

Care & Cleaning

Disconnect from power before cleaning. Allow all surfaces to cool completely.
