Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location is level and well-ventilated.

  1. Position oven: Place on stable, level surface away from heat sources.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean interior and perform initial heating.

  2. Interior: Catalytic liners clean themselves during normal cooking at 200°C+. Wipe with damp cloth when cool.
  3. Door: Clean glass with glass cleaner. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  4. Racks: Remove and wash in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
  5. Oven Floor: Wipe with damp cloth when cool.
  6. Control Panel: Wipe with damp cloth only. Do not use sprays.

CAUTION! Always disconnect power before cleaning. Never use steam cleaners or pressure washers.
