Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure installation space meets dimensions.

  1. Prepare cabinet cutout: Follow dimensions in installation guide.
  2. Electrical connection: Must be performed by licensed electrician. Connect to 240V AC supply.
  3. Secure oven in cabinet: Use provided screws to fix oven into cutout.
  4. Attach door handle: Secure handle to door front.
  5. Initial power on: Plug in and switch on power at wall.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by qualified personnel. Ensure oven is disconnected from power during installation.

First-Time Setup

After installation, perform initial setup.

  1. Set clock: Press CLOCK button, use +/- to set time, press CLOCK again to confirm.
  2. Remove packaging materials: Take out all protective films and transit brackets from interior.
  3. Initial heating: Run oven at 200°C for 60 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues (ensure ventilation).

Cooking Functions

Using the Timer & Probe

Timer: 1. Press TIMER. 2. Use +/- to set duration. 3. Press START. Oven will beep and switch off when time ends. Temperature Probe: 1. Insert probe into thickest part of food. 2. Plug connector into socket on oven wall. 3. Set desired core temperature using +/-. 4. Oven will beep when food reaches set temperature.

WARNING! Use oven mitts when handling probe as it becomes hot. Do not leave probe in oven during self-cleaning cycle.

Safety Features

Child Lock: Press and hold LOCK button (or specific combination) for 3 seconds to lock controls. Door remains cool-touch during operation. Thermal cut-out safety device prevents overheating. Cooling fan may run after oven is turned off.

Care & Cleaning

Always disconnect from power before cleaning. Let oven cool completely.

  1. Interior: Wipe with damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool on enamel.
  2. Door Glass: Clean with glass cleaner. Do not use sharp objects.
  3. Racks & Trays: Remove and wash in warm soapy water.
  4. Control Panel: Wipe with damp cloth. Do not allow water to enter controls.
  5. Exterior: Wipe with soft damp cloth.

CAUTION! Never use steam cleaners, harsh chemicals, or oven cleaners on the easy-clean enamel lining.
