Control Panel: Function Knob, Temperature Knob, Timer/Clock Display, Timer Set Buttons (+/-), Clock Button, Light Button, Start/Cancel Button.
Function Knob Positions: Off, Fan Forced, Conventional Heat (Upper & Lower), Grill, Fan Grill, Defrost, Pizza Setting. Temperature Knob: Turn to set desired temperature (50-250°C). Timer: Use +/- to set cooking duration; oven will beep and turn off automatically. Clock: Press CLOCK to set current time. Oven Light: Press LIGHT button to turn interior light on/off independently of cooking function.

WARNING! Use oven mitts when handling probe as it becomes hot. Do not leave probe in oven during self-cleaning cycle.
Child Lock: Press and hold LOCK button (or specific combination) for 3 seconds to lock controls. Door remains cool-touch during operation. Thermal cut-out safety device prevents overheating. Cooling fan may run after oven is turned off.
Always disconnect from power before cleaning. Let oven cool completely.
