Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location is level, stable, and away from heat sources.

  1. Positioning: Place oven on a flat, stable surface in a well-ventilated area.
  2. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 230-240V AC, 50Hz power outlet with correct earthing. Use a qualified electrician.
  3. Clearances: Maintain minimum 50mm clearance at sides and rear, 200mm above for ventilation.
  4. Initial Check: Ensure all packaging materials and transit bolts (if any) are removed.

WARNING! Oven is heavy; use two people for lifting. Do not install near flammable materials.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean interior and heat the oven empty to remove manufacturing residues.

  1. Initial Cleaning: Wipe interior and shelves with warm soapy water, then dry thoroughly.
  2. Burning Off: Set oven to 200°C (Fan Forced) and run for 30-45 minutes. Ventilate the room.
  3. Setting Clock: Plug in oven. Use the timer/clock knob to set the current time.
  4. Function Test: Test each cooking function briefly to ensure proper operation.

Cooking Functions

  2. Grill: Top element on. For grilling meats, toast, browning.
  3. Conventional: Top and bottom elements heat. Traditional baking and roasting.
  4. Bottom Element: Only bottom heat. Good for crisping pizza bases, slow cooking.
  5. Defrost: Fan runs without heat. Gently defrosts frozen foods.

Using the Timer

Mechanical timer for automatic shut-off.

  1. Setting Clock: Turn TIMER knob clockwise until correct time aligns with marker.
  2. Setting Duration: Turn TIMER knob anti-clockwise to set desired minutes (0-60). Oven will operate until timer returns to zero, then switches off with a bell.
  3. Manual Override: You can turn oven off anytime using FUNCTION knob.
  4. Bell Alert: A continuous bell sounds at end of timer. Turn TIMER knob slightly to stop bell.

Note: Timer must be set for automatic shut-off. If set to zero, oven will stay on until manually turned off.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Always disconnect power and let oven cool before cleaning.

Interior: Wipe with warm soapy water after each use. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner. Do not use harsh chemicals or steel wool. Door & Glass: Clean with damp cloth. Do not immerse door in water. Shelves & Trays: Remove and wash in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Exterior: Wipe control panel and body with damp cloth. DO NOT use steam cleaners.
