Installation

First-Time Setup

Before first use, perform an initial heat cycle to remove manufacturing residues.

  1. Set the clock: Press the CLOCK button and use the +/- keys to set the correct time.
  2. Initial clean: Wipe the interior with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  3. First heat cycle: Set the oven to Fan Forced mode at 240°C for 60 minutes with an empty cavity.
  4. Ventilate the room: Open a window during the first cycle as some smoke or odor may occur.
  5. Activate child lock: If desired, press and hold the LOCK button for 3 seconds to enable.

CAUTION! Ensure the oven is empty during the initial heat cycle. Keep children and pets away.

Cooking Functions

Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning

The pyrolytic cycle heats the oven to approximately 500°C, burning off grease and food residues.

  1. Prepare the oven: Remove all shelves, trays, and any loose debris. Wipe up large spills.
  2. Activate pyrolytic mode: Press and hold the CLEAN button for 3 seconds. The display will show the default cleaning time (approx. 2 hours).
  3. Start the cycle: Press START. The door will lock automatically and the cycle will begin.
  4. During the cycle: The oven will become extremely hot. Do not attempt to open the door. Ventilate the kitchen.
  5. After completion: Once cooled (display will indicate), the door will unlock. Wipe away the white ash residue with a damp cloth.

WARNING! The oven exterior will become very hot. Keep children and pets away. Do not use oven cleaners in conjunction with pyrolytic cycle.

Care & Cleaning

Always disconnect from power before cleaning. Allow the oven to cool completely.

Daily Cleaning: Wipe control panel and door exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Clean spills in the cavity once cool using a mild detergent.

Shelves and Trays: Remove and wash in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly.

Door Glass: The inner panel is removable for cleaning. Refer to manual for removal instructions.

Stainless Steel Exterior: Clean with a suitable stainless steel cleaner to maintain finish.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh chemical cleaners. Never steam clean.
