Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure installation area is level and well-ventilated.

  1. Position oven: Place in a stable, level kitchen cabinet cut-out or on a suitable stand.
  2. Electrical connection: Must be performed by a qualified electrician. Connect to 230-240V AC, 50Hz supply.
  3. Ventilation: Ensure adequate space around oven for air circulation as per dimensions in manual.
  4. Secure oven: Fix into cabinetry using provided brackets.

WARNING! Oven is heavy; use two people for lifting. Ensure power is disconnected during installation.

First-Time Setup

After installation, perform initial setup before first use.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all protective films and tapes from interior and exterior.
  2. Initial cleaning: Wipe interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
  3. First heating: Set oven to Fan Forced mode at 200°C for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues. Ensure room is ventilated.
  4. Set clock: Press and hold CLOCK button, then use +/- to set correct time.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners. Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning.

Using the Timer

  3. End of cycle: Timer beeps 5 times and oven turns off automatically.
  4. Manual stop: Press START/STOP at any time to cancel.
  5. To adjust during cooking: Press TIMER SET again and use +/- to change time.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Unplug or switch off at power point before cleaning.

  1. Interior: Wipe with damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use oven cleaner suitable for enamel surfaces.
  2. Door: Clean glass with glass cleaner. Do not use abrasive pads on glass.
  3. Racks: Remove and wash in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before replacing.
  4. Exterior: Wipe stainless steel with damp cloth. Use stainless steel cleaner for shine.
  5. Control panel: Wipe with damp cloth only. Do not allow moisture to enter controls.
