Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure installation area is level and meets electrical requirements.

1. Position the oven: Place in a suitable cabinet cutout or on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
2. Electrical connection: Must be performed by a qualified electrician. Connect to a dedicated 220-240V, 50Hz circuit with appropriate fuse/breaker.
3. Secure the oven: Use the provided screws to fix the oven into the cabinetry.
4. Ventilation: Ensure adequate space around the oven for air circulation as per dimensions.

WARNING! Oven is heavy; use two people for lifting. Disconnect power before installation.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean the interior and perform an initial heat cycle.

1. Remove packaging: Take off all protective films and packaging materials from inside and outside.
2. Initial clean: Wipe interior and accessories with warm soapy water, then dry thoroughly.
3. Initial heat cycle: Set oven to Fan Forced at 200°C for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues. Ensure room is ventilated.
4. Set clock: Press the CLOCK button and use +/- to set the current time.

Controls and Settings

Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Interior: Wipe walls with damp cloth. Catalytic liners clean themselves during high-temperature cooking (above 200°C). For stubborn stains, use mild oven cleaner (avoid liners).
2. Door: Clean glass with glass cleaner. Do not use abrasive pads.
3. Accessories: Racks and trays are dishwasher safe or wash in warm soapy water.
4. Control Panel: Wipe with damp cloth only. Do not use harsh chemicals.
