Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure installation area is level and stable.

  1. Position oven: Place in designated cabinet cutout or on stable surface.
  2. Electrical connection: Must be performed by a qualified electrician. Connect to appropriate power supply (220-240V AC, 50Hz).
  3. Ventilation: Ensure adequate space around oven for air circulation (follow dimensions in manual).
  4. Secure oven: Use provided screws to fix oven into cabinetry if required.

WARNING! Oven is heavy; use two people for lifting. Ensure electrical supply is disconnected during installation.

First-Time Setup

After installation, perform initial setup before first use.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all protective films and transit bolts if present.
  2. Initial cleaning: Wipe interior and exterior with damp cloth and mild detergent.
  3. Set clock: Press CLOCK button and use +/- to set current time.
  4. Test functions: Run empty oven at 200°C for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues (ensure ventilation).
  5. Activate child lock: Press and hold LOCK button for 3 seconds if desired.

CAUTION! Ensure oven is empty during initial heating. Keep area well-ventilated.

Cooking Functions

Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning

High-temperature cycle that reduces dirt and grease to ash.

  1. Remove all racks and accessories from oven.
  2. Wipe away loose debris with dry cloth.
  3. Turn function selector to PYROLYTIC.
  4. Set temperature to 275°C (only available setting).
  5. Press START - door will lock automatically.
  6. Cycle runs for approximately 2 hours, then cooling period begins.
  7. When temperature drops below 300°C, door unlocks and display shows END.
  8. Wipe away ash residue with damp cloth.

CAUTION! Extreme heat during cycle. Ensure kitchen is well-ventilated. Do not attempt to open door during cycle.

Care & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth and mild detergent. Clean spills inside oven when cool.

Weekly: Remove and wash oven racks in warm soapy water.

Monthly: Use pyrolytic cleaning or oven cleaner on non-self-clean surfaces.

Door Glass: Clean with glass cleaner when cool. Do not use abrasive pads.

Control Panel: Use soft damp cloth only. Do not spray liquids directly.

CAUTION! Always disconnect power before cleaning. Never use steam cleaners.
