Installation

First-Time Setup

  2. Conventional: Uses top and bottom elements. Best for traditional baking, casseroles, and slow roasting.
  3. Grill: Uses top element only. For grilling meats, vegetables, and toasting. Use the high rack position.

Tip: Preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes for best results, especially when baking.

Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning

The pyrolytic cycle heats the oven to approximately 500°C to burn off grease and food residues to ash.

  1. Ensure the oven is cool and empty. Remove all racks and accessories.
  2. Close the door. Press and hold the CLEAN button for 3 seconds.
  3. The display will show "CLEAN" and the estimated time (approx. 2 hours).
  4. The door will lock automatically. The cycle cannot be interrupted once started.
  5. After completion and cooling (display shows "END"), unlock and open the door.
  6. Wipe away the white ash from the oven floor with a damp cloth.

WARNING! The oven becomes extremely hot. Do not touch during or immediately after the cycle. Keep children away. Ensure kitchen is well-ventilated.

Care & Cleaning

Regular cleaning maintains performance and appearance. Always disconnect from power before cleaning.

CAUTION! Never use steam cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads on any surface.
