Cooking Functions

Select the desired function using the left rotary knob.

  1. Fan Forced: Heats food evenly and quickly. Ideal for most baking and roasting. Use one shelf.

  4. Bottom Element: Heat from below. Suitable for finishing dishes with a crisp base.
  5. Defrost: Fan operates without heat to gently defrost food.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Always disconnect from power before cleaning. Allow to cool completely.

Interior: Wipe with a damp cloth. The catalytic side liners break down splatters when oven is used at high temperatures (over 200°C). Do not clean them with detergents.

Door & Glass: Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners on the glass.

Accessories: Racks and trays can be washed in warm, soapy water.

CAUTION! Never use steam cleaners, harsh abrasives, or oven cleaners on the catalytic liners or door seals.

Safety Features

Thermal insulation in door and walls. Safety door lock (on some models). Cool-touch door handle. Over-temperature protection.

Important: The oven surfaces become hot during use. Use oven mitts. Keep children away. Ensure the door is fully closed during cooking.
