Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location is level and near appropriate power outlet.

  1. Position oven: Place in desired location with adequate ventilation (minimum 50mm clearance at sides and rear).
  2. Level the oven: Adjust feet using a spanner to ensure oven is perfectly level.
  3. Electrical connection: Must be performed by a qualified electrician. Connect to 230-240V AC, 50Hz supply.
  4. Remove packaging: Take off all protective films and transit bolts.

WARNING! Oven is heavy; use two people for lifting. Ensure power is disconnected during installation.

First-Time Setup

After installation, prepare oven for first use.

  1. Initial cleaning: Wipe interior with damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  2. Set clock: Press CLOCK button and use +/- buttons to set correct time.
  3. Burning off: Run oven empty at 200°C for 60 minutes to remove manufacturing residues.

  3. Turn function selector to PYROLYTIC CLEAN.
  4. Set temperature to 250°C (cleaning temperature).
  5. Close door - it will lock automatically.
  6. Cycle runs for approximately 2 hours.
  7. After cooling, wipe away ash with damp cloth.

WARNING! Do not open door during cleaning cycle. Keep children and pets away. Ensure kitchen is well ventilated.

Care & Cleaning

Regular cleaning maintains performance and appearance.

Daily: Wipe spills immediately with damp cloth.

Weekly: Clean interior with mild detergent. Remove and wash racks separately.

Door Glass: Clean with glass cleaner. Do not use abrasive pads.

Exterior: Wipe with soft cloth and mild detergent.

CAUTION! Never use steam cleaners, abrasive powders, or harsh chemicals. Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning.
