Installation

First-Time Setup

Using the Timer

  2. Start timer: Knob will begin to turn back automatically; oven will operate until timer reaches zero.
  3. Bell signal: Audible ring indicates end of cooking time; oven switches off.
  4. Manual override: Turn knob to '0' to switch off immediately.

Note: Timer must be set for oven to operate in timed mode. For continuous operation, turn past 60-minute mark.

Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning

High-temperature cycle to burn off grease and food residues.

  1. Prepare oven: Remove all shelves and trays. Wipe excess spills.
  2. Engage lock: Turn function knob to Pyro Clean position; door will lock automatically.
  3. Start cycle: The cleaning cycle runs for approximately 2 hours at very high temperature.
  4. Cool down: After cycle, oven will cool and door remains locked until temperature is safe.
  5. Clean ash: Once cool, wipe interior with damp cloth to remove ash residue.

WARNING! Ensure kitchen is well-ventilated. Do not attempt to open door during cycle. Keep children and pets away.
