Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location meets requirements.

  1. Position oven: Place on a level, stable, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Electrical connection: Must be performed by a licensed electrician. Connect to 230-240V AC, 50Hz supply.
  3. Clearances: Maintain minimum 50mm clearance at sides, 200mm above, and 20mm at rear for ventilation.
  4. Secure oven: Ensure it is stable and cannot tip over.

WARNING! Installation must comply with local wiring regulations. Do not install near flammable materials.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean interior and heat the empty oven.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all tape, foam, and plastic wraps.
  2. Initial clean: Wipe interior and racks with warm soapy water, then dry.
  3. Season the oven: Set to Fan Forced mode at 200°C for 60 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
  4. Set clock: Press and hold CLOCK button, use +/- to set correct time.

CAUTION! Ensure room is well-ventilated during initial heating. Some smoke or odor is normal.

Control Panel: FUNCTION selector knob, TEMPERATURE knob, TIMER dial, CLOCK button, LIGHT button.

FUNCTION Knob: Selects cooking mode (Off, Fan, Grill, Top Element, Bottom Element, Fan + Grill). TEMPERATURE Knob: Sets desired cooking temperature (50-250°C). TIMER Dial: Sets cooking duration up to 60 minutes; bell rings when time elapses. CLOCK Button: Press and hold to set time of day. LIGHT Button: Turns oven interior light on/off independently.

Cooking Modes

Select mode via FUNCTION knob. Preheat oven as recommended.

  1. Fan Forced: Uses rear fan and element. Best for multi-rack baking, roasting, and reheating. Cooks faster and at lower temperatures.
  2. Grill: Uses top grill element. For grilling meats, toasting, and browning.
  3. Conventional (Top/Bottom): Uses top and/or bottom elements. For traditional baking, casseroles, and slow roasting.
  4. Fan + Grill: Combines fan and grill for faster grilling and crisping.

Using the Timer & Clock

Timer operates independently of cooking functions.

  1. Setting Timer: Turn TIMER dial clockwise to desired minutes (0-60). Cooking starts immediately.
  2. Timer Alert: When time elapses, a bell will sound. Turn TIMER dial back to '0' to silence.
  3. Setting Clock: Press and hold CLOCK button. Use TEMPERATURE knob +/- to adjust time. Release CLOCK to set.
  4. Oven Light: Press LIGHT button at any time to view food without interrupting cooking.

Note: Timer is a countdown timer only. It does not turn oven off automatically.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Always disconnect from power and allow to cool completely before cleaning.

  1. Interior: Wipe with damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
  2. Door: Remove by opening fully, lifting hinges, and pulling forward. Clean glass with glass cleaner.
  3. Racks & Drip Tray: Wash in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before replacing.
  4. Exterior: Wipe control panel and door front with soft, damp cloth.

CAUTION! Never use steam cleaners, harsh chemicals, or immerse any part in water.

Safety Features

Thermal Cut-Out: Automatically switches off elements if oven overheats. Reset by turning FUNCTION knob to OFF and allowing to cool. Cool-Touch Door: Designed to stay cooler during operation. Safety Lock: Ensure door is properly closed and locked before operation.
