Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location meets clearance requirements.

1. Position oven: Place in a well-ventilated area away from combustible materials.
2. Connect gas supply: Use approved flexible hose; check for leaks with soapy water.
3. Connect electrical supply: Plug into dedicated 230-240V AC outlet.
4. Level the oven: Adjust feet to ensure oven is level and stable.
5. Install anti-tip bracket: Secure to wall or floor as per instructions.

WARNING! Installation must be performed by a qualified gas fitter and electrician. Ensure adequate ventilation.

First-Time Setup

After installation, perform initial setup.

1. Remove packaging: Take off all protective film and transit bolts.
2. Initial burn-off: Turn on oven to maximum temperature for 30 minutes to remove manufacturing residues.
3. Set clock: Press and hold CLOCK button, then set time using +/- buttons.

Cooking Functions

2. Set Temperature: Use TEMPERATURE controls to set desired heat (50°C - 250°C).
3. Set Timer (optional): Press TIMER, then use +/- to set duration; oven will beep and turn off.
4. Preheat: Allow oven to reach set temperature (light may indicate heating).
5. Place food: Use appropriate rack position (higher for grilling, middle for baking).
6. Monitor: Use oven light to check without opening door.
7. Finish: When done, turn FUNCTION to OFF. Use residual heat for warming if desired.
