Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location is level, stable, and away from flammable materials.

  1. Positioning: Place oven on a flat, heat-resistant surface with adequate ventilation (minimum 10cm clearance on all sides).
  2. Power Connection: Plug into a dedicated 230-240V AC, 10A power outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  3. Initial Check: Ensure all packaging materials are removed from inside the oven cavity.
  4. Accessories: Install side racks and crumb tray as per instructions.

WARNING! Oven is heavy; lift with care using two people. Ensure power outlet is properly grounded.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, perform an initial cleaning and heating cycle.

  1. Initial Cleaning: Wipe interior and accessories with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
  2. Burning Off: Set function to Fan Forced, temperature to 200°C, and run empty for 30 minutes to remove manufacturing residues.
  3. Timer Setting: Set timer to desired cooking duration; turn knob to start.
  4. Function Selection: Choose appropriate cooking mode (Fan, Grill, etc.) using selector knob.

CAUTION! Ensure room is well-ventilated during initial burn-off. Do not touch hot surfaces.

  3. Racks & Trays: Wash in warm soapy water; dry thoroughly.
  4. Crumb Tray: Remove and empty regularly.
