Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location is level and well-ventilated.

  1. Position oven: Place in freestanding location with rear clearance.
  2. Electrical connection: Must be performed by licensed electrician. Connect to 230-240V AC, 50Hz supply.
  3. Stability check: Ensure oven does not rock; adjust feet if necessary.
  4. Remove packaging: Take off all protective films and transit brackets.

WARNING! Oven is heavy; use two people for lifting. Ensure power is disconnected during installation.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean interior and heat empty oven.

  1. Initial clean: Wipe interior with damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
  2. Burn-off: Set oven to 200°C fan forced for 30 minutes to remove manufacturing residues.
  3. Set clock: Press and hold CLOCK button, use +/- to set time.
