Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure location is level and well-ventilated.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, clean interior and heat oven to remove manufacturing residues.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all protective films and tapes.
  2. Initial cleaning: Wipe interior with damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
  3. Season oven: Set to fan forced at 200°C for 60 minutes with empty cavity.
  4. Set clock/timer: Rotate timer knob to desired time setting.
  5. Test functions: Verify all heating elements and light are working.

CAUTION! Ensure oven is empty during seasoning. Provide adequate ventilation.

Cooking Functions

Using the Timer

Mechanical timer with bell signal at end of set time.

  1. Set duration: Rotate timer knob clockwise to desired minutes (0-90).
  2. Start timer: Knob will begin turning counter-clockwise as time counts down.
  3. Bell signal: At zero, bell rings. Oven may turn off depending on model.
  4. Manual override: Turn knob back to zero to cancel timer early.

WARNING! Timer does not turn off oven heat automatically on all functions. Monitor cooking.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Always disconnect power before cleaning.

Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Clean spills inside when cool. Catalytic Liners: Clean by running oven at 200°C for 1 hour. Wipe with damp cloth when cool. Glass Door: Use glass cleaner on cool glass. Racks & Trays: Wash in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or oven cleaners on catalytic liners. Never pour water into hot oven.
